Neighborhood Meeting - A Great Interaction

About a dozen neighbor's gathered at The Curylo's home on Tuesday night to discuss the 35 Dolores site design. Neighbor's asked questions of Toby Levy of Levy Design Partners regarding lot layout, number of units, parking, and building design. Bill Lightner was there to provide clarity regarding construction timelines and unit costs. He appreciated the idea Norman Pierce had regarding backyard fencing that would offer beauty, privacy, and was environmentally friendly.
