Neighborhood Meeting - A Great Interaction

About a dozen neighbor's gathered at The Curylo's home on Tuesday night to discuss the 35 Dolores site design. Neighbor's asked questions of Toby Levy of Levy Design Partners regarding lot layout, number of units, parking, and building design. Bill Lightner was there to provide clarity regarding construction timelines and unit costs. He appreciated the idea Norman Pierce had regarding backyard fencing that would offer beauty, privacy, and was environmentally friendly. All in all, it was a great interaction. --Look in the coming weeks for more posts and updates.

We Are Listening - Outreach 2008 - Dolores Makeover

Surrounding residents have been invited to meet with us to discuss preliminary plans for the development of 25-35 Dolores. The meeting will take place on the evening July 22nd at a neighbor’s home on Clinton Park. Postcard invitations were mailed on July 15th. If you haven’t received yours, please call 415.267.2900 and ask Jason or Cathleen for details. A summary of this meeting will be posted.

Our First Outreach

We had first reached out in 2007, when our concept was to provide luxo-small units. After changes in requirements, some 2 bedroom units will also be provided.
